Each card give you:

Action: Simple, on-the-spot steps that push you to do and be different, take a step forward, or try a fresh angle. 

Use it: 

• To break predictable thinking 

• To start sharper conversations in teams 

• To reset your leadership tone 

• To get unstuck without overthinking

We designed Decktator to shift rooms, spark minds and stir conversations not to arrive damaged or incomplete.

Every deck is packed with care before it leaves us. However, if something has gone off-script, please do not worry. We are here to assist you.

When can you reach out?

You can request a replacement or refund if:

• Your deck arrives damaged

• Some cards are missing

• The wrong deck reaches you

• The packaging is significantly damaged in transit

What should you do?

Within 48 hours of delivery, please email us and share:

• A clear photograph of the outer packaging

• A photograph of the deck received

• A photograph showing the damaged or missing cards

This helps us act promptly and review the matter fairly.

What happens next?

Once we verify the issue, we will:

• Send you a replacement deck, OR

• Process a refund to your original mode of payment (if replacement is not possible)

No unnecessary delays. No prolonged processes. Only solutions.

When does this not apply?

We will not be able to process returns if:

• The deck has been extensively used

• Damage occurred after delivery due to handling

• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery

The Decktator deck is meant to create better rooms, not customer service concerns.
